TELSCO’s Health & Safety Program.

TELSCO Security is committed to a strong Health & Safety program that protects its staff, the public, and surrounding property from incidents and accidents. We are dedicated to ensuring all jobs are completed in the safest possible manner.

By using our app-based reporting platform, SiteDocs, we can ensure all employees are complying with Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations. This platform brings ease of convenience having all forms, reports, and manuals on hand and accessible at all times.

TELSCO is proud to have a Health & Safety Committee that meets regularly to discuss Health & Safety measures for our staff. The protection of physical, psychological, and social well-being is of utmost importance and is an ongoing conversation.

We have been Telsco customers since approx 1997 we have stayed with Telsco with both our business and home systems. Every time we have needed them for basically anything, they have been their to help. We recently required some help to reconnect the system after a shaw modem change. I called in and the online support was excellent Gordon walked me through each step to get us back online. Thanks Gordon and Telsco.

We have enjoyed being with TELSCO security now for many years. This is our second home that we have entrusted our security to them and have been totally satisfied. We have also used TELSCO in the past for our business security and always felt our business was in safe hands. We recently had Patrick out to upgrade some features on our system and were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The fact that this is a locally owned family business and not off in the US or a different province also makes us feel very secure in the fact that we can reach them almost immediately and have our questions answered professionally. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a security system.

I figure it's due time I give a review. I've used Telsco, for home and business, for a number of years now. What a great group! Whether it's an install or a call from the monitoring station they are always ontop of things. Professional, reliable are afew of the words I would use to describe their team.We have 8 locations they have set up and monitor. We have scheduled times that our shops are to be armed. I always get a call when a shop hasn't been armed or disarmed.No issues with my home system, I operate everything from an app on my phone. I Get a notification when the door opens/closes and can lock the door from anywhere when my kids forget too :)I can confidently recommend the Telsco team To anyone knowing they will get treated right!
